Business Exposure in Niagara Falls

As part of our Ask Jim! feature we encourage you to ask me a question. I’ll do my best to answer! Post your question on the Ask Jim! page: http://jimdiodati.ca/ask-jim/

Q.

I own my business here in the Falls, and would like to inform more residents of our services. Currently NEW BEGINNINGS, www.new-beginnings.ca provides rehabilitation to those who have been personally injured in a car accident. All rehab dollars are paid for by the clients auto insurance. My question is why are the residents of NF’s using Toronto based rehab companies to provide these services when we have these services in our own community. It is not in the best interest of our residents, as it is not cost effective to bring Toronto based staff all the way into our own community. How can we get this information out to our residents, that we have services right here in our own community?…we have great personal injury lawyers here in our community, we have regulated health care professionals living here in our own community, and we have rehab support staff living in our own city…
Thanks for listening Jim.

Good question, Sue and thanks for reaching out!  I’m glad you asked.  I agree that we have lots of exceptional services in Niagara Falls and yes, sometimes people are just used to going somewhere, or accessing assistance where they always have.  We have an outstanding Business Development Office in Niagara Falls that can help with marketing ideas and help you get the word out to Niagara Falls residents about what services you provide at New Beginnings.  I invite you to contact Angela or Wendy in our Business Development Department at 905.356.7521 to offer you with information about next steps.  Niagara Falls is lucky to have lots of media outlets that can let people know where you are what you offer.  From print media, to radio and television, we have all the traditional resources at our doorstep.  In addition, social media is a place where I do a lot of sharing about community events and things going on in our City. If you’re not already using facebook, twitter and instagram to name a few, in order to promote your business, I would encourage you to use that mega-resource available to you as well!
Good luck!
Jim

I agree, social media is a great place to start. I’ll add too that I’m really impressed with our local Chamber of Commerce and some of the networking groups around the Niagara area.

I ask you, kindly, Jim, may our tourisim services in Niagara, be integrated and
co-operative enough to realize, that Niagara Falls, is but the first step to a beautiful Niagara. As a geographical neighbour, Thorold, is a logical super connection, to all, the region offers.
To manage your support to bring the Go to all of Niagara,
I would ask, what may i do for you,
    Kindly, Erik
